BROOKLYN—Calling it a radical extension of the dining experience, restaurant Restraint announced a new menu Tuesday that will include food with select dinners.
The optional course consists of one ingredient placed where the aroma used to be.
Management stressed that fullness remains outside the restaurant’s current creative mandate.
